Alan wrote that Wiliam was “Just through 2500 miles” -his time for this really rather epic distance was 41 days, 12 hours, 53 minutes and 08 seconds

Alan tells me that William has been having a “…good strong day today.” and that it has been the “Easiest crewing day so far.”

Alan concluded that William has “Still a long way to go but getting stronger in the cooler wearher”.

And although this and all other records wil lbe subject to later confirmatrion and ratification, at this point we believe this is a new Scottish & GB M60 & Overall record, and also a M60 World Record.
